Sembrando nidos/planting nests
Buenas tardes
Ayer los voluntarios encontaron 4 nidos de tortuga golfina y hoy encontraron 5 nidos mas en la Playa el Naranjo.Ayer llegaron 4 voluntarios mas de Gran Bretaña entonces ya tenemos 8 voluntarios extranjeros (9 si cuentas a mi) trabajando para proteger las tortugas marinas con Los Grupos Ecologistas de Nayarit. También tenemos unos muchachos de la CONALEP ayudandonos patrullar.

Yesterday the volunteers at el Naranjo beach found 4 Olive Ridley nests and today they saved another 5 turtle nests.
Last night 4 more volunteers from the UK arrived at the camp so now we have a total of 8 foreign volunteers (9 counting me) working to protect the marine turtles with Los Grupos Ecologistas de Nayarit. We also have some guys from the Prepa (sixth form) helping us to patrol.

Creo que mañana va a nacer un nido, y para la próxima semana los nidos van a ser naciendo casi diario (espero).

About an hour ago Ricardo came to collect the Quad bike to take it for its 2nd service for its warranty. So today we will all be patrolling on foot in groups of 3 or 4 so that there is less chance that we will have a nest stolen de poachers.
I think we will have a nest hatching tomorrow, and by next week the nests should be hatching daily (I hope)
